Invitation For Tate Adams Baldessin Studio State Library Creative Fellowship

What the Fellowship Offers

  1. $15,000 grant
  2. $5,000 worth of studio access, accommodation and technical support at Baldessin Studio
  3. 12 months access to the State Library Victoria collections, including workspace for research

One of the primary outcomes of the fellowship is the creation of a limited edition or unique state artist’s book. The fellowship embraces a broad understanding of the artist’s book, encouraging projects that experiment with the form and expand the possibilities of book-based art practice. Artists may approach this through printmaking, sculptural forms, hybrid media, installation, or other innovative interpretations.
