Biography
Tanya has been a teacher, tutor and printmaker for many years - exhibiting in group and solo exhibitions in Australia and overseas. Her work is represented in national and international collections and she has been commissioned by the Print Council of Australia to produce an edition of 50 prints.
Tanya uses a variety of print media, particularly lithography, etching and lino. Recently she has combined her interest in painting with printmaking to produce a series of hand coloured collagraphs from cardboard plates. This medium has enabled her to work at a larger scale – creating bolder images that are developed beyond a limited edition of identical prints.
