Anna Russell

I extend my practice by making unique prints, experimenting with materials and techniques. Recently I have been using woodblock and stencils, sometimes overprinting on collographs and waxed paper. I majored in painting at National Art School and printmaking through a Masters at the University of NSW. My interests include environmental sustainability and how art can deepen our appreciation of what it means to become a custodian rather than a consumer.
